G1 Human Resources

The PAE AS&A Human Resources is responsible for integrating the human resources management process for the PEO community, serving as the liaison and principal point of contact between PAE AS&A and servicing CPACS, Legal, EEO, etc..., maintaining the Military Acquisition Position List (MAPL) and all matters pertaining to the Army Acquisition Workforce, providing a full range of human relation advisory services for Management, Supervisors and employees, and managing the Acquisition Demo project for the PAE AS&A/DPAE AS&A and subordinate PM's.

G2 Security & International

The Director of Security and International Programs is responsible maintaining the security integrity of PAE AS&A programs and operations. This office manages security disciplines in information, personnel, physical, industrial, communication, operations, program protection, foreign disclosure, and international technology transfer.

G3 Security Acquisition and Systems Management

The Acquisition and Systems Management Office serves as liaison between the Project Managers Offices and the Portfolio Acquisition Executive Agile Sustainment & Ammunition. The Acquisition and Systems Management Office is responsible for developing PAE AS&A strategic planning on insensitive munitions, acquisition guidance for milestone decision packages and engineer support of production policy. We interface with HQ G3 on the munitions requirements distribution and planning functions, synchronization and execution reviews, as well as critical munitions updates to AMC. The G3 is responsible for all tasker operations and suspense coordination with the PMs, document routing for staffing documents for signature, and all public affairs and protocol functions including command ceremony coordination, VIP visits and command communication.

G4 Logistics

The G4 Office is responsible for establishing and overseeing the logistics policies of PAE AS&A. The objective is to assure efficient and effective lifecycle logistics policies and procedures are created, implemented and executed. The office interprets DA & DoD policies with respect to Class V lifecycle logistics processes and procedures to assess their impact and assure they represent the best interests of the Warfighter, Class V community and taxpayer. The ultimate objective is assuring timely, accurate, efficient delivery of ammo in the proper condition and quantity to support and sustain the Warfighter.

G6 Chief Information Officer

The Chief Information Officer (CIO) provides support and guidance on cybersecurity and information technology including the Risk Management Framework (RMF) Process, Army Interoperability Certification (AIC) & Self Determination, Federal Information System Management Act (FISMA), and Information Technology Approval System (ITAS); serves as the liaison between PAE AS&A and Army CIO, Army DCS G6, NETCOM, ARCYBER, and DISA; and represents the CPE on the ASA(ALT)/PEO CIO Council, Army CIO Executive Board (EB), ASA(ALT) Cyber Resilience Community of Practice (CoP), Army and ASA(ALT) Program Information System Security Manager (PISSM) IPTs, and the Common Operating Environment (COE) Technical Advisory Board (TAB).

G8 Business Management

The PAE AS&A Business Directorate is responsible for the management of financial execution, budget processes, audit & accounting interface, cost analysis, contracting & acquisition strategies, and business automation.

Mr. Tom Coradeschi

PL Joint Services Project Lead (Acting)

Mr. Thomas Coradeschi assumed his duties as the Deputy Project Lead Joint Services in February 2026. He leads the Joint Services team in integrating and coordinating the DoD's Single Manager for Conventional Ammunition mission; ammunition industrial base management and policy to include a $6B+ (FY23-FY28) Army Ammunition Plant modernization program; implementing Public Law 105-261, Section 806; managing the Armament Retooling and Manufacturing Support program; and managing the munitions manufacturing technology development program. This industrial base supports munitions production across the Department of War.

From November 2018 through February 2026, Mr. Coradeschi served as the Assistant PEO International, JPEO Armaments and Ammunition (now Capability Program Executive Ammunition & Energetics). In that role, he led the JPEO team in all aspects of international cooperation necessary for developing and procuring leap-ahead munitions that increase the joint Warfighter's combat power. This included Cooperative Program development and execution, FMS and DCS sales, and Industrial Base concerns.

He previously served as the Director of the Systems Engineering and Technology Integration Division, Project Manager, Maneuver Ammunition Systems from September 2009 through October 2018. In this role, his organization had technical oversight over the development, modernization and production of a portfolio of over 150 direct fire ammunition products, and managed elements of FMS and DCS sales of that portfolio to a variety of Partner Nations.

Mr. Coradeschi’s other assignments include: Chief Systems Engineer, Project Manager Close Combat Systems (2007-2009); Chief Systems Engineer, Product Manager Excalibur (2000-2007); Chief Sensor Engineer for the Sense and Destroy Armor (SADARM) program; Lead Engineer for the SADARM Hardware-in-the-Loop facility. Key assignments early in his career were as an Executive Intern, as Laboratory Director for the Electric Armaments Research Program, as Lead Test Engineer for Electric Armaments and as a Design Engineer.

Mr. Coradeschi began his civil service career at the Army Armament Research and Development Center in 1985, following graduation from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, where he earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering. In 1991, he earned a Master of Engineering Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology. He is DAWIA Certified in both Program Management and Engineering, and is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.

Mr. Coradeschi has been recognized as the Army Acquisition Executive’s Science & Technology Professional of the Year for 2017, is a 2018 recipient of the NDIA Firepower Award, was presented with the Army Superior Civilian Service Award in 2017, is a two time recipient of the Army R&D Achievement Award for Technical Excellence (2007 & 2008) and was awarded a U.S. patent as a result of his pioneering work at PM Excalibur. He is the author or co-author of 9 peer-reviewed and published technical papers on a variety of topics. He is honored to have been inducted into both the Field Artillery Order of Saint Barbara and the Infantry Order of Saint Maurice.
